Sunday May 14, a hip hop day as part of the Train Bleu 2023

A program elaborated in complicity with the choreographer Kader Attou, currently in long residency in the theaters of Scènes&Cinés with his company Accrorap, to make discover the creativity and the dynamism of the hip-hop scene. This event is part of the Cultural Olympics organized by the city of Miramas, which aims to combine sport, art and culture in the run-up to the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

11am – La Colonne Theater, Miramas

  • Ma part d’ombre, Sofiane Chalal – Cie Chaabane: Virtuoso dancer, Sofiane Chalal shakes up the codes of hip hop by questioning the image of his “non-standard” body and the way the stage transforms it. A universal and moving show!
  • 7 lives, Nach Van Van Dance Company: It is the meeting of two women, two artists. One is a choreographer and krump specialist, the other is an author and singer. “7 lives tells our stories, but also those of other women. The title of the play could also be seven thousand, seven million or seven billion lives…”. The public will be welcomed on the Parvis du Théâtre with the presentation of a short performance danced by the students of the college La Carraire of Miramas.

3pm – Théâtre de l’Olivier, Istres

  • Perception, Cie Mazelfreten : Inseparable in life and on stage, Laura Defretin, alias Laura Nala, and Brandon Masele, alias Miel, write together the future of urban dances, alliance of electro and hip hop dances. In the depths of this concentrated and fascinating show, the couple shares their desire to rediscover themselves and to dance.
  • Block Party, Cie BurnOut – Jann Gallois : The dancers of the BurnOut company and DJ Selecta Seb propose you to enter the dance in family by participating in a block party which could well transmit you a crazy desire to dance!
