On the weekend of April 1st and 2nd, horseback riding enthusiasts will have an appointment at the Domaine de Cabasse with the National Driving Competition. Organized by the association Djerk and Elios, this event will gather competitors from all over France for a high level competition.
Admission is free for all spectators and a refreshment stand will be available on site, as well as meals to eat between events.
On Saturday morning, April 1, the first event will begin with dressage, followed by handling, where the carriages will have to navigate through obstacles.
On Sunday, April 2, the marathon will take place: an intense event where the teams will have to cover a distance of several kilometers in a limited time, while passing through natural obstacles.
The competitors are ready to give their all to win and the public is expected to cheer them on throughout the weekend.
Come and see a unique equestrian show and support the teams during this exceptional competition!
What is hitching?
It is an equestrian practice consisting of one or more horses pulling a horse-drawn carriage (which may be similar to a horse-drawn carriage).
