Fitness trail and Nordic walking
A diabetic, the septuagenarian was prescribed sports sessions: 2 hours per week, including 1 hour of Nordic walking and 1 hour of fitness trail.
According to the pathologies of each person, the coach adapts his exercises, it's almost like a private lesson and I noticed a real improvement, both physically and morally. It is difficult to do sports when you are alone, in a group, you are more motivated and these outings bring me a lot in my daily life. Beyond health, sport helps me to meet others. During our sessions, we exchange a lot, we get to know each other, we simply live!
